Terms of Use
These terms cover the Courtlet apps and the website at www.courtlet.app.

Acceptance
By using a Courtlet app or this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Courtlet. Store terms from Apple, Google, or Garmin can also apply to a download from that store.
The service
Courtlet is a consumer scorekeeper for padel on Apple Watch, Wear OS, and supported Garmin watches, with phone companions where that platform has one. It helps you record the score during a match. It is not a tournament system, a referee, or an official federation product.
Permitted use
You may use Courtlet for your own matches. You agree not to:
- break the law with the app or the website
- interfere with the website or attempt to break its security
- present Courtlet as an official product of a federation, tour, or club when it is not
- copy or resell the software except where the law or the store’s terms allow it
Your responsibility for the score
Courtlet applies the scoring rules described in the app and on the support page, including Star Point, silver point, golden point, regular advantage, sets, and tie-breaks. You remain responsible for the match you are playing, for checking that the score on the watch is the score you meant, and for any rules that apply on your court.
Undo exists because taps go wrong. If a point, game, or call is disputed, the players decide it. Do not treat the watch as a substitute for paying attention to the court. Sport has physical risks.
Your data
Matches in this version stay on your devices. There is no Courtlet account. The Privacy Policy explains what is stored and how to remove it. You are responsible for the notes you write and for deleting data you no longer want on a device.
Intellectual property
The Courtlet name, logo, website, and apps are owned by the operator of Courtlet. You do not acquire that ownership by installing the app. You keep the match information you enter.
Apple, App Store, Apple Watch, Garmin, Connect IQ, Google Play, Android, and Wear OS are trademarks of their owners. Courtlet is not affiliated with those companies. This site uses plain text for store links rather than their badge artwork.
Availability and changes
Courtlet depends on your watch, its operating system, and Apple, Google, or Garmin. Some store listings may not be available yet. A workout session may be unavailable when another app is using it. Sync may wait until a phone is nearby. We may change, pause, or withdraw features or the apps themselves.
A match you have already finished stays in your history as it was recorded, on the device that holds it. We do not promise that every future version will open every older file, but the intention of the current apps is to keep history you have not deleted.
Third-party platforms
Downloads, payments, health data, and device sync are provided by Apple, Google, or Garmin under their terms. We are not responsible for those services, for a store rejecting a device, or for how those companies handle data once it is in their products. Any price is shown by the store before you download. This website does not state a price.
Ending use
You can stop using Courtlet at any time and delete it from your devices. There is no account for us to close. We may refuse further support if you misuse the app or the site. Sections that should survive, including the scorekeeping responsibility and the limit on liability, still apply to use that has already happened.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and for fraud.
Courtlet is a scorekeeper. We are not liable for a disagreement about a score, a match result, or a decision you make on court. Subject to the previous paragraph, and to rights you have as a consumer which cannot be excluded, our liability for a claim relating to the app or the website is limited to the amount you paid for Courtlet in the 12 months before the claim. If you paid nothing, that limit is nothing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will hear disputes. If you live in another part of the United Kingdom, you may also use the courts of the place where you live where the law gives you that choice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date. If you keep using Courtlet after that change, you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, stop using Courtlet and delete the apps.
