Terms of Use
Last updated 20 September 2026. These terms cover www.courtlet.app and the Courtlet apps for Apple Watch, iPhone, Garmin, and Android.
The service
Courtlet helps you keep padel score on a watch. It is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial play unless we agree otherwise in writing. Store listings, when published, may include their own paid or free terms from Apple, Garmin, or Google.
Not official rules adjudication
Courtlet implements common padel scoring, including Star Point, silver point, golden point, regular advantage, set and match tie-breaks. It is a scorekeeper, not a tournament referee. You remain responsible for how a match is actually played on court.
Your data
Match data in this version lives on your devices. See the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for backing up or deleting that data through the usual platform tools (offload app, Garmin storage, etc.).
Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer store builds in violation of platform rules, misrepresent Courtlet as an official FIP or tour product, or use the site or app to break the law.
Disclaimer
Courtlet is provided without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular tournament, uninterrupted scoring, or that a workout session will always be available when another app already owns it. Scoring a match while exercising is at your own risk; look at the court, not only the watch.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Courtlet and its authors are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost matches, or disputes arising from a displayed score. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if the app was free.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after that date is acceptance of the new terms.
