Open Courtlet on the watch and tap Start Match. If warm-up is on, the workout or activity starts and you tap Play when you are ready. If warm-up is off, choose who is serving, then you are on the score screen. Defaults are best of three and Star Point; change match length and deuce format in Settings before you start, or from Actions during a match.

Tap Us or Them. The serving side shows a padel ball. To undo the last point, tap the same button again within about three seconds — a ring counts down on that button. The Actions screen can undo later. After a game, a short summary offers Undo and Next. After a set, the summary stays until you choose Next set, New serve, Undo, or End match. On Garmin watches without a touchscreen, Up scores Us and Down scores Them; the same button again within three seconds undoes. Select or Menu opens Actions.

Serve rotates automatically after each game and during tie-breaks. Between sets, while the new set is untouched, use New serve on the set summary or the Actions screen to pick a new server. There is no need to rebuild the score.

Courtlet starts a Health / FIT / Health Services session so the match is training and so raising your wrist can return to scoring. If the system workout UI stays in front, close or swipe it away, or add Courtlet to the Dock / recent apps. On Apple Watch, a Match Glance complication and Live Activity also jump you back to the score. If another app already owns the workout when you tap Start Match, choose continue without a workout or cancel and end the other session first.

Apple Watch: completed matches sync to the iPhone companion when the phone is reachable. You can add notes and delete history on iPhone. Android: the same on the phone companion. Garmin: history is on the watch.

Yes. Settings (and the Actions screen during a match) include Regular, Star Point, Silver Point, and Golden Point. Changing format mid-match re-reads the current game; finished games keep their result.

Courtlet restores an in-progress match from local storage. If you discarded the match, it is gone on purpose. If you ended early, it should appear in history as ended early, not as a live match.
